Soledad Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing is a concrete flooring contractor based in Soledad, CA. We provide epoxy floor coatings, polyaspartic coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, concrete resurfacing, concrete sealing, pool deck coatings, and related concrete flooring services for residential and commercial customers in Monterey County and surrounding areas.
The Site provides information about our services and a way for prospective customers to request estimates. It does not constitute a binding contract for services. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties have signed a written contract or work order.
Estimates provided verbally or in writing are based on conditions observed at the time of the site visit and the information provided by the customer. Estimates are not binding quotes unless provided as a signed written proposal.
Final pricing may change if site conditions differ materially from what was described or observed during the estimate, including but not limited to: undisclosed moisture, additional surface repairs required, concealed damage, or a change in the scope of work requested by the customer. We will notify you of any change in scope and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.
All prices are stated in United States Dollars. Estimates do not include applicable taxes unless specifically stated.
Scheduling of estimate visits and project work is subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred dates but cannot guarantee specific start dates until a written agreement is in place and any required deposit is received.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours before a scheduled start date may result in a fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred. Specific cancellation terms will be stated in your written agreement.
Before the project start date, you agree to:
Failure to prepare the space as agreed may delay the project and could result in additional charges.
Payment terms will be stated in your written project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your agreement.
Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee as specified in your agreement. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through all available legal means. The customer is responsible for any costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys fees, as permitted by applicable law.
Any warranty on workmanship or materials will be stated in your written project agreement. Warranties are void if the floor is damaged by conditions outside our control, including but not limited to: improper cleaning products, physical abuse, hydrostatic pressure not disclosed prior to the project, or modifications to the coating by parties other than Soledad Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing.
We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We make no warranty, express or implied, beyond what is specifically stated in your written agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soledad Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Site, our services, or your inability to use the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific project.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
All content on the Site - including text, images, logos, and design elements - is the property of Soledad Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
We prefer to resolve any disputes directly and informally. If you have a concern with our services, please contact us first at projects@soledadepoxyflooringandconcretepolishing.com or (831) 315-4388.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal action arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the governing law stated in Section 11 below, and any litigation will be conducted in the courts located in Monterey County, California.
These Terms and Conditions and any agreements for services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
